Pós-Doutorado: Universidad Católica de Chile

O instituto de ciência política da Universidade Católica do Chile (UCCL) abriu uma vaga de pós-doutorado em qualquer de suas três áreas (Teoria Política, Política Comparada ou Relações Internacionais) por um período de 2 anos. O pesquisador será ligado ao Millennium Nucleus for the Study of Stateness and Democracy in Latin America

Millennium Nucleus for the Study of Stateness and Democracy in Latin America


The Instituto de Ciencia Política of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile invites applications for a postdoctoral position in Political Theory, Comparative Politics or International Relations. This is a two-year, full-time, non renewable postdoctoral position related to the Millennium Nucleus for the Study of Stateness and Democracy in Latin America (www.stateness.com). Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Political Science granted after January 1, 2011. ABDs will be considered as long as they are able to obtain their degree before July 30, 2013. Candidates should be available in August 1st 2013. Teaching obligations involve two courses per year. Fluency in Spanish for teaching purposes is required. Initial appointment is for a period of one year, and renewable for a second year pending on academic evaluation at the end of the first year. Applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to high-quality research and publication.
